Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble, edit, and refine footage for commercials, corporate films, documentaries, product shoots, and digital campaigns, ensuring high-quality, coherent narratives aligned with client briefs. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and organizing raw material, applying cuts and transitions, synchronizing audio, performing basic color correction, and collaborating closely with directors, producers,



and motion/graphics artists.

The Video

Editor will maintain project file organization, manage version control, and adhere to timelines and delivery standards. The role also involves contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling, adapting edits for different platforms and formats, and ensuring consistent brand and visual quality across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and impact.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for enhancing narrative and brand elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional production teams.
- Robust visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
