Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content for web and social media, applying transitions and effects, and ensuring a polished final product that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to understand project requirements, synchronizing audio and video, performing basic color correction, and preparing various output formats optimized for different platforms.



The role also involves contributing creative ideas, maintaining consistent visual standards, organizing video assets, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end Video Production and Video Editing workflows, from raw footage to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Skills in creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics assets to support engaging visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative structure, with keen attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple projects and media assets, with adherence to deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
