Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging videos that showcase real estate projects, client stories, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, color grading, and adding motion graphics or visual elements to enhance storytelling. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, maintain brand consistency, and deliver content optimized for digital platforms and presentations.

The Video





Editor will also help refine video production processes, maintain an organized asset library, and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of property showcases.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create agile titles, overlays, and visual elements that support storytelling and brand identity.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual composition, attention to detail, and ability to work with brand guidelines and feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kolkata with a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant certification or a diploma/degree in film, media, design, or a related field, along with a portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work, will be an advantage.
