About the Role

JAMS Creative Marketing Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, graphic design, social media creatives, and visual storytelling. You will work on content for multiple brands and be responsible for creating visually engaging videos and graphics that align with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, brand videos, and YouTube content.
- Work with raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished content.
- Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Create videos according to different brand identities, creative briefs, and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with current Reels trends, editing styles, formats, and content trends.
- Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.

Graphic Design

- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and other digital marketing designs.
- Develop creatives based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Design visuals for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Create creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, offers, events, and brand communication.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, imagery, colors, and overall brand identity.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to turn ideas and concepts into effective visual creatives.

Team & Project Responsibilities

- Understand creative briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.




- Coordinate with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams.
- Organize and maintain project files, footage, design assets, and final deliverables.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Be open to feedback and continuously improve creative output.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing creatives.
- Good eye for design, composition, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, and sound.
- Ability to adapt designs and videos according to different brand identities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative ideas.
- Portfolio/showreel is required.
