Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We create educational, awareness-driven, and performance-based content to help individuals and corporate clients understand and access professional mental health support.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content aligned with our brand mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing ad creatives.
- Create engaging video content for:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Performance marketing campaigns
- Promotional and brand videos

- Add trending transitions, visual effects, captions, hooks, and sound design.
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, webinars) into short-form videos.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver campaign-based creatives.




- Optimize videos for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, including style, colors, and tone.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- CapCut / VN / DaVinci Resolve (added advantage)

- Strong understanding of:

- Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends
- Hook-based editing techniques
- Quick-paced transitions
- Subtitle and caption styling
- Basic color grading principles

- Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality content.

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

- Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop / Canva).
- Thumbnail design experience.
- Understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives.
- Experience editing podcast or interview-based content.
