Job Summary /n We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for our brand across social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and other communication channels. /n The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, understands current video and social-media trends, and can manage the complete video production process—from planning and filming to editing and final delivery. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, advertisements, events, and marketing campaigns.

/n

- Handle end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.

/n

- Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

/n

- Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social-media clips.

/n

- Add music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and other post-production elements.

/n

- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver videos accordingly.

/n

- Develop creative concepts and visual treatments for recent video projects.

/n

- Maintain and organize video footage, project files, assets, and equipment.

/n

- Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality.

/n

- Stay updated on video-production techniques, editing trends, social-media formats, and emerging creative tools.





/n

- Coordinate video shoots with internal teams, talent, locations, and external vendors when required.

/n

- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high production standards.

/n /n Required Skills & Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

/n

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.

/n

- Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.

/n

- Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

/n

- Basic to advanced knowledge of color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.

/n

- Experience creating content specifically for social-media platforms.

/n

- Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, composition, and pacing.

/n

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a creative team.

/n

- Good time-management and project-management skills.

/n

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.

/n

- Photography skills.

/n

- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and external audio equipment.

- Knowledge of social-media trends and content performance.

- Basic graphic-design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

- Experience with AI-assisted video and creative-production tools.
