Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Fresher role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Video

Editor will assist in editing raw footage into polished video content for digital platforms, following brand guidelines and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and assembling clips, adding transitions, titles, and basic motion graphics, adjusting audio levels, and supporting basic color correction. The role involves collaborating with content creators, designers,



and marketing team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

The Video Editor

Fresher is expected to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle basic end-to-end editing workflows.

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall look of video content.

- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements.

- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn from senior team members are essential.

- Good time management skills, ability to follow briefs, and openness to feedback in a collaborative workplace are expected.

- A relevant diploma, certification, or coursework in video editing, multimedia, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
