Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with Evolv Media’s brand standards and client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, and audio, and ensuring consistent color grading and visual style. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, design, and marketing teams to develop videos for websites,



social media, ads, and other digital campaigns.

The Video

Editor will also organize media assets, maintain project files, and stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve output quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and overall visual enhancement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for digital content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design for digital platforms.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators; agency experience is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
