Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos for various formats, ensuring smooth transitions, clear storytelling, and appropriate pacing. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with directors and producers, applying color grading and basic sound adjustments, incorporating graphics or motion elements as needed, and preparing final files for distribution on digital platforms. The role involves organizing and managing media assets, following brand and project guidelines,



and maintaining consistent quality across all content.

The Video

Editor will also provide input on creative concepts, help refine scripts or storyboards from a visual perspective, and work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including working with different camera formats and timelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and overall image quality.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create and integrate titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to follow creative briefs while contributing ideas.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team setting.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in entertainment or media production is an advantage.
