Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content for marketing campaigns, social media, product showcases, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing video timelines, synchronizing audio, adding transitions and effects, applying color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics and basic visual elements.

Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project objectives, follow brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines. The role also involves organizing media assets,



maintaining a consistent visual style, and optimizing video formats for various platforms.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end video production processes, including planning, shooting coordination, and asset organization.
- Robust skills in video editing and timeline management using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proficiency in video color grading and color correction to ensure consistency, mood, and visual quality across projects.
- Experience creating motion graphics and integrating graphics elements (titles, lower thirds, icons, overlays) to enhance storytelling.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings for web, social media, and presentation use.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced, in office team workplace.
- Relevant experience as a Video Editor; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
- Formal training or a degree in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
