About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can turn You’ll work on everything from property walkthroughs and project launches to social media reels, paid advertisements, brand films, and AI-powered video content.

If you have a strong eye for visuals, understand what makes content engaging, and enjoy experimenting with new AI video tools, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Edit high-quality videos for real estate projects, property walkthroughs, launches, campaigns, testimonials, and advertisements.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook videos.
- Develop motion graphics, titles, transitions, animations, and visual effects.
- Use AI-powered video tools to create cutting-edge and scalable visual content.
- Combine raw footage, stock footage, graphics, animations, music, and AI-generated visuals to build compelling videos.
- Handle colour correction, sound design, audio synchronization, and final rendering.
- Create supporting visual assets such as thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually solid content.
- Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and attention to detail across projects.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
- Keep up with new editing techniques, motion design trends, AI tools, and social media formats.





What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
- 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create content specifically for digital marketing and social media.
- Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
