About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can make scroll-stopping short-form content for Indian audiences. You will work across regular footage editing, motion graphics and AI-generated video, and deliver platform-ready videos quickly.

Language Requirements

- Must know at least one of: Telugu(Mandate), kannada, Tamil or Malayalam. You should understand scripts, dialogue and tone in the language.
- Preferred: more than one of these three languages.
- Basic Hindi: enough to understand scripts and briefs.
- Ability to check regional-language captions and subtitles for spelling and meaning.

Experience Required: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Video Editing

Responsibilities





- Edit marketing and app-promo videos from raw footage, with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing.
- Create hook-first videos, with a scroll-stopping opening in the first 3 seconds.
- Create AI videos (conversation or story style) with consistent characters and natural dialogue delivery.
- Make motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects.
- Key green screen footage and composite it with backgrounds.
- Add captions, SFX, BGM and transitions.
- Export in the right formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads (9:16, 1:1).
- Deliver on tight deadlines and take feedback well.

Required Skills

- Adobe After Effects: motion graphics, keyframe animation, keying, compositing.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: fast, clean editing, captions, audio mixing.
- AI tools: experience with AI video, image and voice generation, including prompt writing and keeping characters consistent across shots.
- Good sense of pacing, sound design and storytelling.
- Understanding of what makes short-form and ad videos perform.

Good to Have

- Experience editing performance or app-install ads.
- Photoshop or Illustrator basics.
- Knowledge of trending formats, hooks and creator-style editing.
