Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and combines responsibilities of a Video Editor and Graphics Designer. The role involves planning and producing video content, editing footage, and performing color grading to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The team member will design motion graphics, visual assets, and layout compositions for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and ads.

Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams, managing project files, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all visuals are consistent, engaging, and optimized for various formats and channels.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics for developing dynamic animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design for creating branding assets, social media creatives, and other marketing visuals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent software.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or certification in multimedia, design, film, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in digital marketing or agency settings is an advantage.
