- Edit short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok, plus longer-form videos for brands and campaigns
- Adapt one video into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
- Keep brand consistency across fonts, colors, and visual style for every client
- Meet deadlines and take feedback quickly across revision rounds
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of hands-on experience as a video editor
- Proven ability to create a video from script to final cut on your own
- Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar
- A good eye for pacing, storytelling, and what keeps viewers watching
- Understanding of platform trends and social-first video formats
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or marketing content
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Sound design and color grading skills
