We’re looking for two creative people to join the AEQUL team:

1️⃣ VIDEO EDITOR | FULL-TIMEThis is for someone who can take ownership of AEQUL’s video language.

You’ll work closely with the Founder + our 3-person design team to turn ideas, products and stories into content people actually want to watch.

Work model: Hybrid

? 2 days from the Founder’s office

? 3 days work from home

You’ll work across

- Brand films
- Product videos
- Reels & short-form content
- Performance ads
- Founder-led content
- Motion graphics
- Product launches
- Behind-the-scenes stories
- Website videos
- Campaign content
- AI-assisted creative experiments

What we expect from our Full-Time Video EditorWe want someone who understands that editing is not just cutting clips.

You should understand

? Storytelling

? Music, pacing & rhythm

? Visual composition

? Reels and social-first content

? Creative concepts

✨ Motion graphics

? What makes people stop scrolling

⚡ Fast execution without killing quality

Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut or another professional workflow is fine.

Your portfolio matters more than your software list.

You should also be comfortable guiding a junior editor/intern, reviewing their work and helping build a stronger video system for AEQUL.

2️⃣ VIDEO EDITOR INTERN | 3 MONTHSYou do not need to know everything.

That’s the point.

You’ll spend 3 months learning by working on real AEQUL brands, real products and real campaigns.

And you will work directly with our Senior Video Editor + 3-person design team.

You’ll learn

- Colour and sound
- AI creative tools
- How feedback actually works
- How content connects with product, packaging, marketing and business

After successful completion of the internship, there will be an opportunity to move into a full-time role with AEQUL.

We will teach.

But we expect you to bring:

You don't need a perfect CV.

You need the hunger to become very good.
