AjnaLens is looking for a Video Editor to join our Marketing team for the Healthcare AI vertical. The ideal candidate is a fresher or early-career editor (up to 1 year of experience) with a strong creative eye and hands-on familiarity with design and editing tools. This role demands attention to detail, willingness to learn fast, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into polished visual content in a collaborative, quick-moving team environment.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

● Edit and produce videos, reels, and short-form content for social media, campaigns, and product marketing.

● Work with the design team to create supporting graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets for videos.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs and raw footage into engaging, on-brand content.

Minimum Work Experience

Required: 0–1 year of experience in video editing or design (internships, personal projects, or college work count); freshers are welcome to apply.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

● Hands-on knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).





● Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

● A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.

● Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new formats, styles, and tools.

● Good collaboration skills — a true team player who takes feedback well.

Full-Spectrum Awareness:

● Basic understanding of content formats across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

● Comfort managing multiple edits and deadlines within a marketing calendar.

Bonus Points For:

● Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and prompt engineering for content/video generation.

● Interest in motion graphics or animation.

● Interest in healthcare, HealthTech, or AI-related content.
