Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and internal use across AeronPay and AeronFly

- Work closely with the Reporting Manager, Motion Graphic Designer, and Graphic Designer to align on creative direction

- Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, sound design, and colour correction as needed

- Turn around edits quickly under tight deadlines, without dropping quality

- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and version control

- Stay updated on video trends across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and suggest formats that fit our brands

Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)

- Prior experience delivering content for social media / digital marketing (not just films or personal projects)

- Experience working directly with a marketing or creative team,



taking briefs and feedback

- Comfortable handling multiple projects/deadlines at once

- Prior experience in a fast-paced or agency-style setup is a plus

Skills Required

- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video, etc.)

- Ability to work fast without compromising output quality - comfortable with quick-turnaround briefs

- Robust communication and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

- Portfolio / reel showcasing previous work is mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
