Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Video Editing Trainer who can train students in professional video editing techniques and help them develop practical, industry-ready skills. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of video editing software, creative thinking, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and interactive video editing training sessions.
- Teach students professional video editing from beginner to advanced level.
- Create and deliver structured training modules, assignments, and projects.
- Train students on video & photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Teach video editing techniques including cutting, transitions, color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Guide students in creating social media videos, reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Provide feedback on student projects and help them improve their editing skills.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry trends and editing techniques.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional classroom environment.
- Help students build practical projects and a strong video editing portfolio.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing.




- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and audio editing.
- Positive understanding of social media content and short-form video editing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good project management and classroom-handling skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma/Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in video editing, training, or a related industry.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of video editing work will be preferred.

Preferred
- Experience working as a Video Editing Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Instructor.
- Knowledge of AI video generation and AI editing tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube content, advertisements, and promotional videos.
