We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and administrative-savvy Vice Principal to lead our Primary School Wing (Grades 1 to 5). In this role, you will work in close coordination with the Principal and Management to maintain high academic standards, oversee day-to-day administrative operations, and ensure full compliance with CBSE norms and bylaws. The ideal candidate will combine robust foundational pedagogy with prudent leadership qualities to foster a safe, progressive, and structured learning environment

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership & CBSE Compliance

- Supervise the execution of the primary school curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines and the National Education Policy (NEP 2020).
- Oversee structural documentation required for CBSE affiliations, inspection audits, and academic logging.




- Coordinate and schedule formative and summative assessments following the uniform system of assessment mapped by the board.
- Embed experiential and foundational learning practices into weekly lesson plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant school subject along with a mandatory Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.). [1, 2]
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of academic leadership experience (e.g., Primary Coordinator, Headmistress, or Vice Principal) strictly within a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.

Pay: ₹18,559.93 - ₹50,000.00 per month
