Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Align IT project portfolios with overall business goals and budgets.
- Resource & Budget Management: Allocate team resources, track financial metrics, and control project costs.
- Team Leadership: Direct multi-functional IT teams, managers, and external vendors.
- Risk & Quality Control: Mitigate technical risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain high delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in IT management, software development, or infrastructure operations.
- Methodologies: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Certifications: Skilled credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master.
- Soft Skills: Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Pay: ₹987,367.87 - ₹2,617,322.06 per year
