About Role:

The Head of Product will be responsible for driving our client’s end-to-end product strategy,

innovation, and product execution across all offerings. The individual will work closely with the

Founder’s Office, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Success, Sales, and Enterprise Clients to build scalable, market-leading AI products.

Responsibilities:





Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with our client's business objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, enterprise requirements, and AI-driven opportunities.
- Build and scale cutting-edge SaaS and AI-powered solutions across CX, EX, analytics, and automation domains.
- Lead product positioning, differentiation, and long-term product growth strategy.

Product Leadership

- Lead and mentor the Product Management team across product lifecycle stages.
- Establish strong product management frameworks, prioritization methodologies, and execution standards.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and Business teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Drive agile product development and continuous improvement processes.

Customer & Market Focus

- Work closely with enterprise customers and government stakeholders to understand business challenges and evolving requirements.
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into scalable product enhancements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking.
- Ensure strong alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.

AI & Innovation

- Drive AI-first product innovation and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to identify opportunities for predictive analytics,

conversational AI, personalization, and automation.





- Ensure products remain competitive and technologically advanced within the SaaS and AI ecosystem.

Business & Revenue Impact

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support enterprise deals, product demonstrations, and strategic customer engagements.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, product packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive product adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Define and monitor key product KPIs and business performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management

- Present product vision, strategy, and roadmap to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external enterprise partners.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of product management experience, including leadership roles within SaaS, AI,

and/or enterprise technology companies.

- Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of and experience in AI/ML-driven product ecosystems.
- Experience working with large enterprises and/or government sector clients.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
