Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with 15 years of qualified software development expertise to lead complex projects, architect scalable solutions, and mentor engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Python, modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade software design.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Design: Develop high-level architecture for large-scale, distributed systems using Python.
- Coding Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following best practices.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Integration & APIs: Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate with third-party services.
- Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP; work with CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers,



and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Innovation: Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development processes and product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 15 years in software development, with at least 10 years in Python.
- Core Python Expertise: Strong knowledge of Python 3.x, standard libraries, and advanced features (decorators, generators, async/await).
- Experience in AI/ML with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Development experience in AI that can be in Agentic AI Or generative AI, RAG, different tools and frameworks
- Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Testing: PyTest, unittest, integration testing.
- Version Control: Git, GitFlow.
- Design Patterns: OOP, functional programming, microservices architecture.
