Vertical Program Manager Retail Assets & Partnerships

Role Purpose

The Program manager - Asset Co-origination & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, governance, and strategic expansion of the Bank's co-origination and partnership-led asset acquisition business. The role will own end-to-end management of co-origination programs, including partner acquisition, business planning, distribution strategy, portfolio growth, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and performance governance.

The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to create scalable and profitable business models across retail asset products and strategic partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead co-origination and partnership programs across Asset Businesses
- Build annual operating plans and business roadmaps.
- Drive sales acquisition, productivity, and portfolio growth along with approval rate management.
- Track sourcing, approval, conversion and disbursement KPIs.




- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives in co ordination with sales team and asset channel team.
- Drive process automation and business transformation projects.
- Conduct senior management reviews and business planning.
- Identify new partner opportunities to expand sourcing and acquisition.
- Monitor partner adherence to operational / legal and risk controls.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks impacting customer experience.

Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in Credit cards / Retail banking.
- Strong experience in Program management, Partnerships and business growth.
- Experience managing Credit-card acquisition, sourcing, portfolio growth and partner programs.
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Credit, risk, operations, Product and technology.
- Robust analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
