Role

Vendor, Supply Chain & Petpooja Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate with all vendors and suppliers.
- Handle purchasing, quotations, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
- Manage the complete supply chain and ensure timely availability of stock.
- Maintain and monitor inventory, purchases, consumption, and wastage.
- Manage and audit all data in the Petpooja app.
- Check Petpooja data against physical stock, purchases, sales, and consumption.
- Maintain recipes/BOM, item masters, stock adjustments, and vendor details.
- Conduct regular inventory and Petpooja audits and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, accounts, and vendors.




- Ensure accurate and updated supply-chain and inventory data.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of Petpooja
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock auditing.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.

Ideal Candidate

A person who can independently manage vendors, supply chain, inventory, and Petpooja data while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
