Designation : Executive – Vendor (International) Day Shift

Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate in any stream.

English Communication - Voice.

Ready to work from designated office locations.

Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct employment, education, address, identity, criminal, and reference verification checks.

Review verification requests and ensure all required documents are available.

Coordinate with candidates and third-party sources for information collection and validation.

Follow up with employers, educational institutions, and government agencies to obtain verification responses.

Maintain accurate records and update verification status in the company database/CRM.

Ensure adherence to client SLAs and quality standards.

Prepare verification reports and escalate discrepancies or adverse findings.

Communicate verification status and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
