About the Role: Senior Value Delivery Lead – AI

Exponentia.ai is seeking a Senior Value Delivery Lead –AI to lead the evolution of our AI Native Delivery Model, enabling teams to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable outcomes through AI Agents, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

This role is ideal for a consulting professional with a strong AI/Data delivery background who can bridge business strategy, client engagement, and delivery transformation while driving enterprise adoption of Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Native Delivery Leadership

- Define, operationalize, and continuously improve Exponentia.ai's Agentic AI Native Delivery Model.
- Establish delivery frameworks that leverage AI agents, automation, GenAI, and intelligent workflows to improve productivity and client outcomes.
- Drive the transition from traditional project delivery models to AI-first operating models.

- Client Engagement & Consulting

- Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-led transformation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for AI, Data, Analytics, and Automation programs.
- Lead executive-level discussions, steering committees, and transformation workshops.

- Program & Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple AI, Data, Analytics, and GenAI programs.
- Ensure delivery excellence across scope, timelines, quality, governance, and commercial commitments.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications.

- AI & Data Transformation

- Lead delivery teams working on AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Cloud Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of modern AI technologies including LLMs, AI Agents,



RAG frameworks, Conversational AI, and AI-powered decision systems.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leaders to ensure scalable and business-aligned implementations.

- Team Leadership

- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
- Drive resource planning, utilization, capability development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- MBA from a Tier I / Tier II institute (Mandatory).
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation organizations.
- Proven experience managing AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and modern data platforms.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to platforms such as Databricks, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or similar ecosystems.
