Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Relations

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the hotel entrance, opening car and hotel doors with a professional and welcoming attitude.

- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, hours of operation, local attractions, and directions.

- Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and subsequently to their rooms, explaining room features (e.g., lighting, AC, protected, entertainment systems).

Luggage Handling

- Load and unload luggage from guest vehicles, taxis, or tour buses carefully.

- Tag, store, and track luggage accurately in the bell desk holding area for arriving, departing, or long-term storage guests.

- Deliver luggage, packages, and messages to guest rooms promptly and securely.

Valet Parking & Vehicle Care

- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely in designated parking areas, adhering to all traffic laws and property speed limits.





- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage upon arrival and document it according to hotel policy.

- Secure vehicle keys in the valet key box and issue parking validation tickets to guests.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and front entrance, ensuring it remains clear of unauthorized vehicles and debris.

Skills and QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record with no major violations is mandatory.

- Transmission Proficiency: Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles.

- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand and walk for long shifts, run to retrieve vehicles, and lift or move heavy luggage (typically up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
