UX Designer II
We have an opportunity for a UX Designer II to join our User Experience Design team in Pune, India, reporting to the Manager, User Experience. In this role, you will design clear, intuitive experiences for Infoblox’s cloud-first networking and security products. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to the user-centered design lifecycle—from understanding customer needs through interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation support.
You will work on complex enterprise workflows and help create experiences that enable customers to manage networking, security, and cloud environments more effectively. You will also use AI-enabled design and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate exploration, synthesize research, improve documentation, and support evidence-based design decisions while maintaining sound judgment, customer empathy, privacy, and design quality.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Establish workflows and user experiences based on existing patterns, design standards, and an understanding of end-user needs
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, user flows, and design specifications for delivery to Engineering
- Demonstrate competency in interaction design, iterative design, workflow analysis, and role-based experiences for complex enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research,
and cybersecurity subject-matter experts to translate customer and business needs into usable solutions
- Conduct or support user research, interviews, heuristic evaluations, and moderated or unmoderated usability testing
- Create research and testing artifacts, document findings, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Modify existing patterns or contribute recent patterns to the Infoblox design system based on user research, product requirements, accessibility considerations, and usability findings
- Present design concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to UX colleagues, product teams, and stakeholders; incorporate feedback through iterative design
- Partner with Engineering throughout implementation to clarify design intent, review delivered experiences, and help ensure alignment with approved designs and standards
- Use Figma, FigJam, and approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, organize design documentation, summarize research inputs, generate draft content, and explore alternatives; validate all outputs for accuracy, accessibility, security, privacy, and consistency with user needs
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design for enterprise B2B products, SaaS platforms, or carrier-grade solutions
- Strong foundation in interaction design, including user journeys, workflows, task flows, information architecture, and interaction models for complex systems
- Experience with user-centered design activities such as user research, prototyping, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and iterative design
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam, including interactive prototyping; experience contributing to or using a design system
- Understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility, responsive design, and role-based experiences
- Analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to translate complex requirements and customer insights into transparent, scalable experiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and other stakeholders in a distributed, cross-functional environment
- Ability to clearly communicate and document design decisions through user flows, specifications, presentations, and written updates
- Practical experience using AI-enabled design or productivity tools to support research synthesis, content exploration, workflow analysis, or design operations,
with the judgment to validate outputs and protect confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field preferred

Six Months:
- Be fully engaged with the UX, Product Management, UX Research, and Engineering teams
- Contribute independently to the user-centered design lifecycle, from workflow definition and prototyping through usability testing and implementation support
- Deliver production-ready design artifacts for assigned product areas and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Build working knowledge of Infoblox products, customers, design standards, and enterprise networking and security workflows
- Apply approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve design research synthesis, documentation, ideation, and team productivity
One Year:
- Play a meaningful role in UX contributions for SaaS product roadmap releases
- Establish a strong understanding of product users, tasks, environments, and technical workflows
- Deliver validated UX recommendations that improve usability, clarity, accessibility, and customer outcomes
- Contribute reusable patterns and insights to the design system and broader UX practice
- Build trusted partnerships with Product Management and Engineering and demonstrate increasing ownership of complex design problems
