UX Manager (User Design Manager)

Role Overview We are looking for a UX Manager to own the end-to-end UX across Steel Bazaar's multi-product ecosystem. This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role for someone who can simplify complex B2B workflows, build scalable design systems and create intuitive AI-native experiences for buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, traders and enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive UX strategy, principles and standards across multiple SteelBazaar products.

Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B workflows including RFQs, procurement, quotations, auctions, catalogue, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, payments and market intelligence .

Lead UX for AI-powered products, copilots, agents, conversational interfaces and AI-assisted decision-making.

Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and workflow analysis across different customer personas.

Build and own a scalable SteelBazaar Design System covering components, patterns, interactions, responsive design and UX governance.

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Business teams from discovery to launch.

Use product analytics, experimentation and customer feedback to improve conversion, activation, task completion, productivity and adoption.

Build, mentor and manage the UX/UI team while establishing strong design quality and review processes.

Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into easy,



scalable and measurable product experiences.

Stay hands-on with critical product journeys, prototypes and design decisions.

Ideal Candidate

6-10 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with strong experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, Marketplace or transactional products.

Proven experience designing complex multi-step workflows and multiple user personas.

Strong command of UX research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping and usability.

Experience building or scaling Design Systems.

Strong hands-on expertise with Figma/FigJam and modern prototyping tools.

Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Strong product thinking with the ability to connect UX decisions to business and customer outcomes .

Prior experience in procurement, e-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, fintech or industrial technology is preferred.

Experience with AI/GenAI/LLM-powered products or agentic workflows is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
