Qualifications

- Ability to apply Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies to solve complex problems and create effective digital experiences.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or surveys, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Solid Visual Design capabilities, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and design systems.
- Experience in Prototyping using industry-standard tools to create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
- Familiarity with responsive web and mobile app design, accessibility standards,



and collaboration with development teams.
- Competence with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working on data-driven or enterprise-level products in domains such as AI, analytics, or automation is an advantage.
