Role: Car Loan Sales Executive – Open Market Sales

Location: As per business requirement

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience

Experience: 1+ year in Car Loan / Auto Loan sales preferred

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Generate current Car Loan business through open-market and field sales.
- Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, local networking, and other lead-generation channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, DSAs, and other market contacts to generate business.
- Explain Car Loan products, eligibility, pricing, process,



and required documentation to customers.
- Generate and convert leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation through loan processing and disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams for documentation and loan processing.
- Conduct regular market visits and build a strong local customer network.
- Maintain daily sales activity and pipeline updates.

Eligibility
- Experience in Car Loan, Auto Loan, Retail Banking, or NBFC sales is preferred.
- Open-market / field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales.
- Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
