About the Company

Internmo is offering a structured remote internship for freshers who want to begin a career in User Experience (UX) design. The internship provides practical exposure to understanding user needs, conducting design research, creating user flows and wireframes, developing prototypes, and improving the overall usability of digital products.

Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.
- Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
- Develop wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for websites and digital applications.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to translate UX concepts into functional products.
- Conduct basic usability testing and gather feedback to identify potential improvements.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend improvements to product usability and user experience.
- Maintain consistency across user journeys, navigation, interactions, and product experiences.
- Use tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar UX design platforms.
- Assist in documenting research findings, design decisions, user flows, and project requirements.




- Research UX trends, design patterns, and best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design iterations.
- Collaborate with remote team members and complete assigned UX tasks and deliverables on time.

Requirements
- Suitable for freshers with an interest in UX design, product design, interaction design, UI/UX, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Familiarity with user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of information architecture and interaction design is beneficial.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles is beneficial.
- A portfolio or sample UX projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing deadlines responsibly.

This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
