Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT candidates through job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels

.

- Review resumes and identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication qualifications.

- Understand US/Canada IT job requirements and effectively match candidates with open positions.

- Work closely with Account Managers, Recruiting Managers, and clients to understand requirements and priorities.

- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the

ATS/CRM

.

- Submit qualified candidates to clients within required timelines.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate relationships.

- Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, interview updates, and other required documentation.

- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently recruited technologies and skill sets.

- Meet daily,



weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

- Stay updated on IT technologies, job-market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Required SkillsSourcing Skills

- Solid knowledge of

Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.

- Ability to source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and major job boards.

- Ability to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

- Strong resume searching and candidate qualification skills.

ATS / Recruitment Tools

Candidates should be comfortable using or willing to learn:

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools

- Job boards and resume databases

- LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn

- Boolean search tools

- Recruitment tracking and reporting systems

- Email and communication platforms

- Experience with specific ATS/CRM platforms such as

Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Avionté, Dice, or similar systems is a plus.
