Youll be the voice of the company speaking with international customers, understanding their concerns, answering queries, and making sure every interaction ends with a positive customer experience.
- Handling customer calls for an international process
- Communicating with international customers professionally
- Understanding and resolving customer queries
- Excellent spoken English & communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts
- Salary Offered: 26k CTC to 38K CTC
