Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Engineer Recruiter with robust knowledge of the US Staffing market and experience hiring engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit engineering professionals for US clients.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
- Work on roles across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Automation, and related engineering domains.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines.
- Ensure quality submissions and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US hiring process and engineering talent market.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in US shifts.
