Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

TechClub Inc. is looking for an experienced US NON-IT Recruiter specializing in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) staffing. The recruiter must have hands-on experience recruiting civil, structural, and related engineering professionals for U.S.-based end clients or contract staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for U.S.-based AEC, civil and structural engineering positions.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire requirements.
- Recruit for positions such as:

Civil Engineer

Structural Engineer

Project Engineer

Construction Project Manager

Estimator

Superintendent

BIM/Revit Designer

CAD Designer/Drafter

Transportation Engineer

Water Resources Engineer

Geotechnical Engineer

Land Development Engineer

MEP Engineer

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates for technical experience, project background, location, work authorization, compensation, and availability.
- Understand U.S. employment arrangements, including W-2, C2C, 1099, contract, and direct hire.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, negotiate rates or compensation, and support candidates through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build a pipeline of qualified AEC professionals for current and future client requirements.




- Work closely with the U.S. sales and account-management teams during U.S. business hours.

Required Qualifications

3–7 years of U.S. recruiting experience.

At least 2 years of recent recruiting experience in AEC, civil, structural, construction or engineering staffing.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for U.S. end clients, engineering firms, construction companies or contract staffing programs.

Strong understanding of civil, structural, and construction-related job titles and terminology.

Experience placing candidates in contract or permanent positions in the United States.

Strong sourcing, candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Ability and willingness to work U.S. hours from India.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network of U.S.-based civil, structural, and construction professionals.

Experience working with engineering consulting firms, EPC companies, general contractors, architecture firms, or infrastructure clients.

Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.

Previous success meeting submission, interview, and placement targets.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss the specific AEC positions they have recruited for, the U.S. clients or industries they supported, and examples of successful contract or permanent placements.
