Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with hiring managers, and following up on offers extended.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS systems like Fieldglass or similar tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry (W2).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
