About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals for the US staffing market and be comfortable working with contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing to placement.
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, location, and availability.
- Identify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, interview schedules, and status updates.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, and other IT domains.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and coordinate offer and onboarding processes.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical positions.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of US locations, time zones, and employment types.
- Ability to work effectively in US/EST hours.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
