Notes : Candidates with more than 5 years of experience or senior-level profiles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting Data Engineers, Data Architects, AI Engineers, and other technical IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of W2, 1099, and C2C hiring.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories, including H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, US Citizen, and OPT/CPT.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Excellent ability to screen and identify genuine, qualified candidates and verify their experience, technical skills, and work authorization.
- Solid candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet candidate submission and hiring targets.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
