Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida | On-site

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 6 Months 2 Years

FCS is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Work on requirements from Tier-1 Clients, Prime Vendors
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand US IT hiring processes and employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Requirements





- 6 Months2 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Exposure to Tier-1 Clients, Prime Vendors is preferred.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
