Role Description This is a full-time, in office US IT Recruiter – Junior role based in Chennai. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US-based IT positions through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.

The recruiter will coordinate interviews, support hiring managers with candidate evaluations, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers,



and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets within defined timelines and compliance requirements. The role also requires working with US time zones as needed and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients in the US.
- Familiarity with US staffing practices, time zones, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and basic HR compliance is beneficial.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and Boolean search techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior internship or 6–18 months of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing is an added advantage.
