Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the marketing and placement of IT consultants on bench. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, established vendor relationships, and hands-on experience working with C2C, 1099, and contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants on bench to US staffing vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable C2C, 1099, and contract opportunities based on consultant skills and experience.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with US staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Source new vendor contacts through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify requirements that match available consultants.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and manage the submission process.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Follow up consistently on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants throughout the interview and placement process.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing, submissions, interviews,



and placements.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for consultants.
- Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to understand consultant skill sets and availability.
- Meet daily and monthly marketing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-6 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Hands-on experience with C2C, 1099, and contract staffing.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience marketing consultants across technologies such as:
- Java / .NET

- Salesforce

- SAP / Oracle

- Data / AI

- Cloud / DevOps

- QA / Testing

- Business Analysis

- Other IT technologies
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in US/EST hours.
