Work mode: Remote to start, moving onsite in Noida / Gurugram in a few months
Cybrty is growing its recruiting team in India. We place people with US clients, including government programs, and we need recruiters who can move rapid and get it right.
What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for US IT and Non-IT roles
- Submit candidates through VMS portals as soon as new requirements come in
- Talk to US candidates every day and keep them moving through the process
What we're looking for:
- 3 to 6 years of US recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with VMS submissions
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
- Clear communication and strong follow-up
- Based in Noida or Gurugram (or able to work from there once we move onsite)
