About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our US operations. This role will act as a bridge between our employees, managers, and leadership, ensuring HR policies and practices are executed smoothly and in compliance with US labor laws. You will be hands-on with HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement while championing a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding o Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes for US roles, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
o Facilitate smooth onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. HR Operations & Compliance o Maintain employee records, HRIS databases, and ensure accuracy of personnel files.
o Ensure compliance with US employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA, ADA, etc.) and internal policies.
o Assist with payroll inputs, advantages administration, and time-off tracking. Employee Relations & Engagement o Act as a point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution,
and grievance handling.
o Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
o Assist managers with performance management documentation and counseling processes. HR Reporting & Support o Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.) for leadership.
o Assist in audits, background verification, and compliance checks.
o Support HR projects and process improvements aligned with US workforce needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–10 years of HR experience, preferably supporting US-based employees or international HR operations.
Solid understanding of US labor laws, payroll, and compliance standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar).
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
