Job Details: Position: US Healthcare Recruiter

- Experience: 6-8 Years
- Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
- Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals across the US market.

- Work on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong healthcare talent pipeline.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills: 6-8 years of US Healthcare Staffing experience.

- Experience working with Hospitals, Clinics, Long-Term Care,



and Healthcare Facilities.
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS clients.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.

Preferred Skills: Experience with healthcare compliance and credentialing.

- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry.
