Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, journal entries, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP.
- Assist with audit requirements and ensure all necessary financial documentation is properly maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and support process improvements.




- Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the accounting and finance field.
