Urgent Required Raw Material Planning Engineer in MNC for Lonikand Pune location, its near Kharadi IT park.

Required Qualification: Diploma/ BE

Required Experience: 4 Yrs. to 6 Yrs.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demand.
- Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) for smooth production flow.
- Conduct capacity planning and allocate resources to balance demand with availability.
- Manage and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for accurate material consumption and cost control.
- Monitor work orders and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales,



and production teams to align plans with delivery timelines.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through periodic stock checks and ensure availability of critical materials.
- Generate production reports, KPI analysis, and efficiency reports to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely raw material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in automotive/engineering industry planning roles.
