Key Responsibilities
- Client Research: Assist senior consultants in gathering market data, salary benchmarks, and workforce trends.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Help source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews for client projects.
- Documentation: Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and meeting minutes under supervision.
- Process Support: Assist in mapping and reviewing client HR processes, onboarding steps, and policy rollouts.
- Internal Coordination: Maintain project databases, update tracking sheets, and schedule internal alignment meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
