About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Urban/ Transport Planner to lead and oversee projects related to urban planning, mobility, gender inclusion, public spaces, and city development initiatives. The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, and ensuring the timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with government agencies, clients, partners, consultants, and internal teams.
- Supervise data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support business development activities and proposal writing.
- Mentor and guide project team members.





Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Urban/Transport Planning, Architecture.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with government agencies, development organizations, or research institutions.

Preferred Skills

- Proven experience working on urban mobility, gender-inclusive planning, public policy, and other related sectors.
- Experience with GIS tools and data analysis.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
