EmergingAds is a performance-focused advertising agency that helps clients turn paid media clicks into real revenue by optimizing tracking, landing pages, and follow-up systems. Founded in 2021, the company runs campaigns on major platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon, TikTok, and Snapchat while also fixing pixels, funnels, and CRM pipelines.

EmergingAds operates on transparent principles: no long-term lock-in, flat retainers instead of ad spend commissions, and full client ownership of accounts and data. The team works closely with e-commerce and DTC brands, coaches, course creators, and B2B service businesses, often starting with a detailed audit to identify leaks in the funnel. Applicants can expect a culture focused on honest performance, hands-on strategy, and continuous learning in paid media.

Your day-to-day

- Scan new Upwork job posts and pick the ones that suit our skills
- Write short, personal proposals that feel human, not copy-pasted
- Spend Connects wisely and track which bids get replies
- Chat with clients, answer their first questions and book calls
- Work with our sales and delivery team to hand over won projects
- Keep a straightforward tracker of bids, replies and wins, and find out what works

Who you are





- A gradurate fresher or with a 3 months experience (any stream). Experience of 3-6 is highly preferred needed
- Must have your own laptop with a working charger and a reliable setup for daily office use
- Strong written English: clear, friendly and confident
- Curious about sales or marketing
- Quick, organised, and not afraid of a "no"
- Able to read a client's post and understand what they really need
- Bonus: a basic Upwork, Fiverr or freelance profile, or any sales or content writing practice
